BBQ Catering

Requirements for catering services WITHOUT a food trailer:

Ready-to-Go Catering – $15 per person. Fresh hot barbecue for your event venue (e.g. home, party, office). This package is put together with your option between pulled pork or pulled chicken and includes sauce (1 sauce cup per person). Other meat and side options can be requested for an additional charge. Features not included are chafing dishes, catering staff, or food set-up. Dinnerware and utensils can be offered for an additional charge of $2/person. Disposable chafing dish racks and Sterno cans are available for an additional deposit, as outlined below. (50 person minimum)

Family Style Option – If you’re looking for a family style option, we suggest ½# of meat, 2 sides, and 1 cornbread per person. The sides come in four sizes: single serve (serves 1), pint (serves 2-3), quart (serves 4-6), and half pan (serves approx. 25 people). All prices vary based on the meat and side of your choosing.

Full Service Catering – $24 per person (this does not include tax or gratuity). Fresh hot barbecue (this package starts with an option of pulled pork or pulled chicken. Other meat and side options are available for an additional charge) that comes staffed and serviced with sauces and dinnerware. This option is perfect for weddings, retirements, or graduation parties. To note, this price does not include bussing tables. We do not bus tables. We do not take trash. We do not stay until the end to clean the venue. (100 person minimum)

*We no longer offer delivery service for catering! However, it will be still be available for pickup at our food trailer or the restaurant! This does not affect Full-Service Catering.*

If you are interested in hiring out the food trailer for an event, please fill out an “Event Request Form” below to give us more information about your planned event. Note: Due to the sheer volume of requests, we are unable to respond to any inquiries sent through any other forms, such as Facebook, voicemail, or email.

Notes: We will provide 1/3# of meat per person (one link, if you choose sausage). However, you know your eaters better than we will, so if an adjustment needs to be made, we are more than happy to accommodate!

A typical charge for Monday – Thursday is a $2,000 minimum. Additionally, Friday – Sunday is a firm $2,500 minimum. These prices include having the trailer on-site. Please understand that our minimums are based on an average profit that we make parked roadside. A 50% non-refundable fee is required to reserve and hold the date. We do ask for 60 minutes before and 60 minutes after for setup and preparation for the event. Additionally, we will request to meet at the location -even if it’s a home- before we finalize the deal, to make sure the location can accommodate our 54-foot setup. This is for the safety of our operations and the location we would be serving at. We do not want to ruin your lawn or launch our trailer over a cliff…

Whole Smoked Pigs (done in the Lang):

This package is $25 PER GUEST (due to the market changes affecting supply & pricing, pricing for this can change daily. The final total will be locked in 30 days prior to the event). This package includes but not limited to:
Menu priced for groups of 100 or more guests with 1.5 hour buffet service
• For groups 75-99 add $2 per guest
• Additional serve time is available for additional charge
• Disposable Plates, Utensil, Napkins, and Service ware
• Buffet equipment necessary for your event not include the gratuity and state sales tax (which my vary)

  1. Smoked Sausage of your choice (+$3.00 per person)
